No Bake Chocolate and Marshmallow Bars

After spending 10 days in Jindal Naturecure Institute ,eating papaya and tomatoes as his meals ,getting up at 5 am and attending multiple yoga sessions and walks my brother was totally detoxed and refreshed ,slimmer by 2.5 kgs of fat and was craving chocolate badly !!I tried to smuggle him a piece of cookie, oreo and chocolate brownie cake in the middle of the course but I couldn’t get past the security!!For this big failure of mine I decided to treat my brother big time with something decadently chocolaty!!!

I had bookmarked just the recipe for such emergencies in the big book of sweet Treats…The marshmallow chocolate wedges!!!It is one of the easiest recipes I have come across!!No baking, No technique, No hassle!!

Just melt the chocolate and butter and sugar in microwave. Let it cool and add the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate…It sets because of chocolate and the biscuits…I used Marie biscuits and Morde Dark chocolate. To make it even better you can use Bourneville or silk!!!:D,…I got pink and white rabbit shaped marshmallows from the shop next door..Slaughtered the rabbits… OK I cut them into smaller pieces cause they were floating on top of my batter and I wanted a smooth top…Which i anyways didn’t get cause even the slaughtered rabbits refused to go under!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Anyways like it says in the book…try to smoothen the top once the chocolate mixture starts to set…but it never happens…so don’t fret..: D…just let it be rocky…

One killer tip to cut the cake is to dip the knife in hot water, wipe with a cloth and then cut…The knife just slides inside and gives very smooth edges… 🙂
